The First Colour & Correction Pro-Tips Education Day in Leeds Attracted over 100 Guests

With a passion to ensure techniques and results in semi-permanent make-up remain optimal, Karen Betts and her team of Elite Artists shared their industry-leading knowledge and expertise with permanent cosmetics artists from across the North of England, at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, at a Colour & Corrections Pro-Tips Education Day, on 6th July, 2015.

“I loved the day. Expanded my knowledge of colour theory & increases my confidence for more challenging clients’ undertones” Chelsea

Appreciating how colour and correctional knowledge is an invaluable skill set that should be mastered by every cosmetics and/or medical tattooing artist who wants to deliver the best results for their clients, Karen said; “We want to provide artists with skills and knowledge they can take home to use at their salons. With my experience and my trainers insights, it meant I could create this specific ProTip day.”

“Really good, clear presentation and very good for networking. Fabulous day, I feel like I learned lots. Really enjoyed it” Emma

As well as discussing concepts and theory behind colour and correction, the event also presented the perfect opportunity for Karen to unveil K.B Pro; a new range of pigments formulated to Karen’s specific requirements:

- Offer greater stability and higher definition

- Reduce fading, giving a more natural appearance over time

- Achieve ‘truer’ intended healing colour

Every attendee had the chance to ask questions and learn about the new pigments through practical exercises and a colour theory presentation. They also received an attendance certificate to certify and validate everything they learnt at the event, alongside a goody bag of KB Pro pigments worth over £100, an exclusive Colour Guide packed pigment information including case studies from Karen and her elite team’s own portfolios, and a specialist colour wheel to help you mix pigments perfectly matched to undertones.

“After more than 15 years in the industry, I am thrilled to have been able to experience the new colour wheel and KB Pro colour pigments.  Can’t wait to put both to good use. An invaluable course. All staff were knowledgeable, helpful and so pleasant. Great day, will attend further training with KB. Xx” Sandie

Don’t miss the last `Colour & Corrections Pro-Tips Education Day` scheduled in 2015 which takes place in London, on 3rd August
